This may be a problem for some. Common conditions that affect ovulation include polycystic ovarian syndrome, endometriosis, thyroid gland dysfunction and high prolactin hormone levels. Your progesterone level should be above 30 to confirm ovulation.  It is usually a simple problem to resolve, with a variety of drugs available including clomifene and letrozole.
